Candy is an artist, designer and urban planner who likes to make cities more comfortable for people through design and the creative use of public space. Recent work includes a guide for street vendors, flash cards on tenants' rights, and a street art timeline. She’s a neighbor, a traveler, a TED Global Fellow, and co-founder of Civic Center, an organization that champions civic engagement through stories, services, products, and public installations.
